Pinion Gearbox

Pinion Stands are designed to reduce input speed and deliver lower output speed while transmitting power and torque efficiently. They consist of a connected set of rotating gears that transmit force and control motion and torque in rolling mill applications.

Rolling Mill Machines can customize Pinion Stands according to specific client requirements, including double or triple output shafts. The stands are available with Spur, Single Helical, and Double Helical Gears with diameters of up to 2500 mm. They are designed for input loads ranging from 200 HP to 2000 HP, with an ideal size range from 150 mm PCD to 750 mm PCD.
