All straightening rolls, including top and bottom rolls, are mounted on cantilever type spindles, allowing quick and convenient roll changes. The bottom rolls are driven through a distribution gear train, with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation selected according to the material and application.

The top rolls apply the required straightening pressure and feature up and down as well as axial adjustment. These adjustments can be operated manually using hand wheels or through an optional motorized system. The robust machine construction provides excellent strength, stability, and resistance during continuous operation.

The rollers are arranged in upper and lower sets, with adjustable horizontal and vertical movement of the upper rollers. This configuration enables efficient handling of different material sizes and sections while maintaining accurate straightening performance.
